TaiTalk is made by a small team. Write to support@taitalk.com and you will get a reply from a person.

Before you write

• No sound, or the wrong speaker? The status line under the language card says where the sound is going. Choose Speaker if in doubt.
• "Not enough to start"? A conversation needs at least ten seconds of minutes. Open the Minutes page: watch a short video or enter a promo code.
• Something went wrong? Settings → If something goes wrong → Export diagnostics makes a text file with no conversation content in it. Attach it to your mail.

Your data

To delete your minutes account or your TaiTalk code, write from the address you signed in with (or with your TaiTalk code) and say so. See the privacy page for what is kept.

Adding someone from a link

A link like taitalk.com/add/ABCD-EFGH opens TaiTalk with that person filled in, when the app is installed. Without it, the link shows the code and where to get the app.
