Refund and cancellation policy

What you buy

Minute packs are one-time purchases made inside the TaiTalk app and paid through Google Play. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews, so there is never a payment to cancel later.

Asking for a refund

• Through Google Play. You can ask Google Play for a refund of a purchase from your Google Play order history. Google's own refund rules and time limits apply.
• Through us. Write to support@taitalk.com with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within two working days. If a purchase did not give you your minutes, or the service did not work as described, we refund it through Google Play.

What happens to the minutes

When a purchase is refunded, the minutes it added are taken back from your account. If some were already used, your balance can go below zero; it is settled by the next minutes you receive or buy.

Cancellation

A purchase is complete once Google Play confirms the payment and the minutes are added, and it cannot be cancelled after that, except through a refund as above. Free minutes and minutes from promotions are not refundable.

Money

Refunds go back to the payment method you used in Google Play.
